Investor FAQ

FRXI seeks an open and continuous dialogue with the financial market community. We are focused on creating a solid understanding of our business and the value we create globally for our shareholders, customers, partners and employees.

How do you define your target markets?

Flame retardant additives are widely used in plastics to inhibit ignition and burning. They are an essential component in everyday items from mattresses to TVs to cars. To prevent combustion, a thermally stable polymer must be created that has a lesser probability of decomposing into combustible gases under heat duress. FRX Innovations (FRXI) flame retardant solutions serve a wide range of industries including fiber, electrical and electronic, building and construction, electric vehicles and transportation.

What makes Nofia® FR solutions unique?

FRXI's Nofia® materials are the world's premier halogen free, polymeric flame retardant (FR) solution that enables safe and sustainable FR products. Nofia® materials not only allow our partners' products to meet the most stringent fire safety standards, but in each and every vertical that we participate in, Nofia® addivites deliver added performance benefits, such as heat resistance and increased mechanical strength, that were not previously possible. We call this value-added performance FR+.
