Dr. Xiudong Sun

Vice President, Research & Applications

Dr. Xiudong Sun brings 20+ years of industrial R&D expertise in polymer science and technology with a strong interest in product and application development for first-to-the-world new materials. She has published 15+ scientific articles and is (co-)inventor of 20+ patents. Previously, she worked for GE Plastics (now SABIC), W. R. Grace and Metabolix (now Yield10 Bioscience) . Dr. Sun has a MSc in Polymer Science from Tsinghua University in China and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
